CW-NAS-ADLN-K (i3-N305): Crucial CT32G48C40S5 DDR5 SO-DIMM never detected

Order number: CW5466 (official CWWK store), board: CW-NAS-ADLN-K, i3-N305, 1x DDR5 SO-DIMM slot

Board: CW-NAS-ADLN-K (i3-N305, Alder Lake-N, 1x DDR5 SO-DIMM slot)

Current BIOS: CWRKA03, build 2025-04-25

Issue: Crucial 32GB DDR5-4800 CL40 SO-DIMM (CT32G48C40S5, 2Rx8, S/N EB139B4D) is never detected:

- With it installed: no POST (fans on, black screen, keyboard dead), even after 30 min.

- Without RAM: 5 beeps (memory error: board alive).

- With a Kingston 8GB DDR5-5600 JEDEC 1Rx16 (KCP556SS6-8): boots instantly at 4800 MHz.

Reseating, contact cleaning and CMOS reset were done.

Questions:

1) Is there a newer BIOS than 2025-04-25 for this board?

2) Any known DDR5 training/compatibility issue with Crucial 4800 CL40 SO-DIMMs?

3) If needed, can you provide a custom BIOS improving DDR5 memory compatibility?
