BIOS UPDATE FOR CW-NAS-TGL I3 1115G4
Officially replied

Hi, I have a problem with this device. It has an i3 1115g4 processor and it has a problem recognizing my 16gb x 2 Kingston Furry RAM. If the RAM are inserted together the PC does not boot. If I only install one at a time, however, the PC boots and works normally. I installed 2 Corsair 32 non-XMP ones and it works fine but I would like it to also work with the Kingston ones if possible.
Please try the following steps: install only one single memory stick, enter the BIOS, set the memory frequency to 4200 or lower, then test with two memory sticks installed together. Some memory modules with poor compatibility can only work stably at reduced frequencies.
If you are unable to adjust the memory frequency by yourself, please contact our sales representative and specify the target memory frequency you need. They will coordinate with our technical team to provide you with a customized BIOS file for you to update.
