I have a CW-NAS-Q670-2L-8P-4M2 board with a i7-14700T CPU. I installed 1x Crucial 16GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM (CT16G56C46S5) which should go up to 5600 MHz. I believe the board and CPU combination should support this, but in the BIOS shows as 5200 MHz. I have tried changing the stick between slots, and I've also upgraded the BIOS to the latest release (2025/03/14), but the issue remains. How can I fix it such that the memory runs at 5600 MHz?

Theoretically, your current memory, motherboard, and CPU all support up to 5600 MT/s.Based on the information you provided, you are using 1R memory, which fully meets the requirements for 5600 MT/s.

In actual use, if it does downclock automatically, even if you force it to 5600 MT/s, it will still downclock to 5200 MT/s to boot up, or fail to boot directly. You may try changing the memory modules or switching the memory slots.
