Hi,

I have the Q670 m-qtx, 12-bay black motherboard. I'm running an i7-14700.

How do I use vPro/AMT? After enabling it only says Network Inactive, even when set to Network Active,  it says Provision record is not present.

I can ping my AMT static IP but cannot access via port 16992 or 16993 on Chrome/web browser.

Help/Guidance would be appreciated.

    Hello

I'm running a Q670 mITX with a i7-14700T and I've been able to access the AMT web interface after setting it to Network Active. One thing that took me sometime to figure out is that modern versions of AMT don't enable HTTP on port 16992, only HTTPS on port 16993, which you need to explicitly specify when opening it in the browser (e.g., https://192.168.1.1:16993)

Let me know if this helps

We have set up a special section in our knowledge base for this motherboard series, which contains many Q&As for you to check out. However, it is currently only available in Simplified Chinese, so you can use your browser's translation function to access it.

We have also provided relevant tutorials for vPro, as well as downloadable links for the tools used.
