I haven't tried in Linux, but in Windows - NoOscSupport.

It's not a deal breaker but it would be cool for homelab use.

    I think it will not work in Windows, which needs UEFI support for _OSC functions, part of the ACPI spec.  The firmware for the system may not support it?   I think Linux does not need OSC for SRIOV.

    Yes, SR-IOV is not supported in Windows. It is supported in PVE or KVM environments. As you can see, the ACPI specification does not fully support OSC and only has basic functionality.
