It is supported, as the signal definitions are identical. If you purchase this adapter board, you can contact our sales representative to obtain a dedicated BIOS for your motherboard to enable support for the adapter. Of course, some motherboards are already factory-configured to support the 8654 signal in 4x1 mode and do not require any BIOS update—they are ready to use out of the box. However, if it only recognizes one drive, then a dedicated BIOS update is required. Alternatively, if you have access to our BIOS download site, you may download the necessary BIOS file as needed.

I tested the 4x1 board with multiple m.2 NMVe drives and it works perfect with this bios and the pentium 8505, thank you!
