Update:

Another user in a different thread mentioned the a "Changwang Help Center".

To anybody from cwwk who cares:

It would be super helpful if the "Changwang Help Center" would be linked somewhere on the product website

and not a "BIOS AND DRIVER"-link to a file archive that doesn't have anything at all for this mainboard.

I burned 5 days on this matter and was close to buying a second mainboard to dump the bios from there.

In the end I've found the bios for this mainboard by pure coincidence.

The person who replied in the chat on the product website didn't help at all, neither did anybody in this forum,

even though it would have been relatively easy to point me in the right direction by mentioning that website.

This experience was very frustrating.

Please put more effort into proper product documentation.

We are very sorry for not promptly noticing your posted message. Since I don't reply to forum messages every day, there can sometimes be a delay. In fact, you can directly contact your sales representative to request the firmware—they will provide you with the download link or the firmware file directly. The website doc.x86pi.cn is still under construction and currently does not have complete information. Nevertheless, we're glad it has already helped many users. We are working hard to build a perfect knowledge base and actively filling it with useful content.

We are considering this motherboard for an upcoming product, however we are also looking for a fully operational BIOS.

Both BIOS files function with the CW-AT-10G-8P board, however both are broken:

• The BIOS that ships with the board (linked on docs.x86pi.cn) has far fewer options and is missing the in-band ECC setting.
• The BIOS that is recommended (linked on drive.x86pi.cn) has the setting for in-band ECC but does not recognise NVME drives attached to the system.

Neither BIOS resolves the issue that the board is always powered on:

• Advanced->PWRON After Power Loss [Always Off] - in the shipped BIOS does not work.
• Advanced->IT8613 Super IO Configuration->Restore AC Power Loss [Power Off] - in the drive.x86pi.cn BIOS does not work.

@loodd, you mention contacting a sales representative rather that using the forum, however I am not aware we have one. Could you please PM me with the correct contact point for these queries?
