CAD files for R5--5600 softrouter

Hey,

I want to design and 3d print a new case for my CWWK "AMD soft router" to be able to install two HDDs and more fans.

Is it possible to get a basic *.stp file of the motherboard and fansink assembly ? This way i can design the case without having to open the computer :)
