System will not boot after BIOS update
I have the 4+2 port firewall appliance listed in the following link
https://cwwk.net/products/cwwk-12th-gen-2-10g-sfp-intel-i3-n305-n100-4x-i226-v-2-5g-firewall-appliance-ddr5-nvme-proxmox-server-soft-router-mini-pc
I just updated the BIOS and everything seemed to go fine, it completed without any issues and said I should do a G3 reset (no idea what that is).
Shut the system down, removed the USB drive, powered it up and the fan goes at full blast but nothing else happens. No beeps, no USB activity, not video, nothing.
Removed the battery, drained flea power, removed the memory, still nothing happens. it doesn't even give any beeps.
I really don't want to send this system back, but if I can't figure out how to get it powered back up there won't be any option to replace it with a different one.
I did try to sign up for a WeChat account, and that's not going to happen apparently.
Hi,
I need to know which file you updated, and what is the file name. Based on the current situation, it seems that you may have updated the wrong BIOS, or the update did not complete successfully, causing the BIOS to malfunction. Perhaps you will need to prepare a BIOS programmer, and I can provide you with the correct BIOS file so you can reprogram the BIOS and get the device working properly.
From the link you provided, I have a general idea of the device model. Please tell me the CPU model of your device, so I can further confirm the exact device information and provide you with the correct BIOS binary file.
