X86-P6 N355 doesn't boost above 3Ghz

Hello. I've recently ordered an X86-P6 N355 mini pc and can't make it boost above 3GHz, even for short time in single-thread loads. According to Intel, the maximum single-core frequency can be up to 3.9GHz. Even N150 have specified 3.6GHz.

But on my sample with n355, I couldn't see in any single-threaded tests, that the frequency on any single core reaches more than 2998Mhz. Is this some intended limitation from CWWK BIOS?

    The reason was the disabled C-States in the BIOS.

    Yes, it cannot fully unleash all the performance of the CPU — this was already known at the design stage. The main purpose of this device is for developers to use USB and GPIO for AI agent or robot development, where it serves as the computing power module. Alternatively, it can be used as a full NVMe pocket NAS by installing four NVMe drives.
