I didn't receive any manual with my motherboard. It has been a very long time since I built a PC so perhaps they don't come with printed guides any more.

Is there an electronic version I can download ? I don't need it to be in English (Chinese is okay) as I can figured it out.

I'm in the same situation, don't know how to connect the front panel connectors and there's no diagram.
PCB colour is black and it has 3 network interfaces, it's the Q670 12 bay nas board

Hi there, I can help with that as I was in the same position. If you are looking at the board with the back ports furthest away from you then the front panel ports are at the front left. If you look really really closely then there is some text on the PCB, but it is very very small ! In terms of connections, they follow similar to other motherboards.

Here is the location of the connector - sorry for the poor quality picture as it is the only picture I had of the MB that I had taken. Hopefully helps you get to there. You will note there is a pin missing which helps with the orientation. If you search online the connections are standard as I mentioned. If you short the power switch momentarily then the MB should boot !
