I apologize in advance if I'm not writing correctly. It's not my native language.

I purchased the AMD-8845HS motherboard months ago. Everything worked fine without any issues, however, today I installed an RTX A2000 12GB GPU and the motherboard started behaving strangely. Apparently, the two NVMe SSDs aren't working properly when I install this GPU. Proxmox starts correctly, but the SSDs aren't recognized.

I don't know if it's a motherboard issue or if I'm missing a BIOS update.

I hope you can help me.

I appreciate it.

Hello! Based on the information you provided, it seems that after installing the RTX A2000 12GB GPU, strange behavior has occurred on the motherboard and both NVMe SSDs are not functioning properly. This could be due to the high resource consumption of the GPU. We recommend trying a higher power supply and ensuring that it supports a wide input range of 12-19V, as the motherboard itself is quite power-hungry. Additionally, we suggest using an adapter with more than 19V10A or larger current to try to solve the problem. Please note that since we do not have the same model graphics card as yours, we cannot guarantee complete consistency in testing results, for which we apologize. We hope this information helps you and wish you success in solving the problem and achieving good results!
