Problem with CWWK AMD-8845HS Motherboard

I purchased the AMD-8845HS motherboard months ago. Everything worked fine without any issues, however, today I installed an RTX A2000 12GB GPU and the motherboard started behaving strangely. Apparently, the two NVMe SSDs aren't working properly when I install this GPU. Proxmox starts correctly, but the SSDs aren't recognized.

I don't know if it's a motherboard issue or if I'm missing a BIOS update.

I hope you can help me.

I have a Corsair SF750 80 Plus Platinum power supply, so I don't think there's any power supply issues (I've tested it with other hardware and it works fine). What I think is that since the A2000 doesn't have a power input to the PSU (it gets 70-75 watts from the PCIe port), the motherboard may not be able to supply all the power when all the SSDs are installed.
I was wondering if you have a BIOS update available in case this fixes the problem. Otherwise, I'll have to migrate everything to a single SSD.

Based on the information you provided, you are using the CWWK AMD-8845HS motherboard, which uses 24Pin power supply. When you installed 2 NVMe drives, they work normally. However, after attempting to install a graphics card, one of the NVMe drives seems to be malfunctioning.
To assist you in resolving the issue, please follow these steps for troubleshooting:
1. If you have already installed 2 memory sticks, remove one of them and test with only 1 memory stick;
2. If your graphics card requires additional 6-pin or 8-pin power supply, connect the power cable and retest;
3. If your graphics card does not require additional power supply, try replacing it with an independent power-supplied graphics card or another graphics card for testing;
4. Note that the motherboard slot is X16, but the actual signal output only supports up to X8, so your graphics card needs to work normally at X8.
